Payments & Deposits
A 25% deposit is required to secure your appointment, based on the total price of the scheduled service. Payment is due when services are provided unless arrangements have been made in advance. Please review the full policy and the cancellation terms disclosed when booking for details about deposits and any applicable refunds.
Questions or Service Concerns
Completed services are generally not eligible for refunds. If you have concerns, contact us within 48 hours of your appointment; for permanent makeup healing concerns, contact us within 7 days. Final results are evaluated after the recommended healing period.
